I understand that any digital purchases completed on this site will be delivered by email. I have the app, or understand how to retrieve the product from my confirmation/download email. I will check that my provided email address is correct. I will check my spam and any possible related email accounts if I don’t see the confirmation/download email where I expected it.

Your refund may take a couple of days (2 weeks) to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
